Gayathri Construction Materials

We are located at 108, Road No 4, in Venkatrama Colony here in Kurnool. It’s a residential-ish area but we’ve got our yard set up for all the construction materials. Gayathri Construction Materials started because there was so much building going on nearby. We saw a need and just jumped in. We stock sand, bricks, and whatever else people are asking for their house projects. The yard stays pretty messy with all the piles of stone and dirt. Trucks are coming in and out of Road No 4 quite often, which sometimes bothers the neighbors a little, but we try to be quick. Kurnool is growing fast, so we stay busy most weeks. I spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries. It’s not a fancy job. I usually have dust on my boots by ten in the morning. We don't have a big sales team, just us family members taking turns at the desk. We use an old notebook to keep track of who owes what. It’s worked for us so far. We don't spend money on fancy flyers. People see the piles of bricks and know what we do. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to get the supplies to the sites on time so the workers aren't sitting around. It gets loud when the mixer is running, but we're used to it.
