We operate from P Raju in Yemmiganur. It’s down in the Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. The place is pretty simple. Jnv doesn't have a big sign or anything flashy. It’s just where we set up our equipment and get to work. The weather here can be quite hot, so we usually start early in the morning. It’s a quiet town most days. We know a lot of the people who walk past our door. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls. We use what we have and make it work. Most of our day is spent handling local tasks. We don't talk much about strategy or anything like that. We just look at what needs finishing and we start on it. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. It’s a practical way of doing things. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. It feels like a real community business. We’re glad to be in Yemmiganur. It’s a place where you know your neighbors. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We're just a local spot in Kurnool doing our daily jobs. It’s been this way for years and we’re comfortable with it. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just take it one day at a time here.
