We are located down in Belgaum, right on Khanapur Road in the Tikalwadi area. Our office is in the Sunflowers Apartments. The company is called Il Fs Transportation Networks Ltd. Being in the transport business means we are always looking at maps and schedules. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure things get from one place to another without too many delays. Belgaum is a good spot for this because of the road connections. Our office isn't very large; it’s mostly just desks, phones, and a big whiteboard where we keep track of everything. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of branches. We’re just a local team trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the drivers call late at night with issues, so we have to be ready to handle things at odd hours. It can be stressful, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. The apartment building is a bit older, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab lunch at the local places on Khanapur Road. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized in a business that can be quite chaotic. The parking situation can be a bit tricky, but we make do.
