We are located in Kurnool, over in the Srinagar Colony area of Prem Nagar. The address is a bit of a mouthful, Hn 87 516 1A, but once you find the colony, we are right there. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all the life insurance tasks. We are a small group of people who have been working in this branch for a while. The desks are usually covered in forms and sticky notes. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place of work. People from around the district come in to talk about their future plans or to sort out issues with their current policies. We do a lot of data entry and phone calls. It can get quite busy, especially at the end of the month. We try to keep a calm head and just get through the pile of work. We aren't big on corporate speeches. We just tell people what the situation is and what needs to be done. It’s an honest living. We know the Srinagar Colony streets well and often see our customers when we are out getting lunch. It’s a local feel, even if the company is big. We just focus on the people who walk in our door and try to make sure their insurance stuff is handled properly without making it too difficult. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, but we answer as fast as we can.
