Shamrock Hospitality is based out of the Hotel Snow Park over in Aleo. If you know Manali, we're right by the Indian Oil Petrol Pump. It’s a busy spot, especially when the tourists start coming in during the summer months. We've been operating here in the Kullu district for a while now. Running a hotel in Manali isn't always easy, especially with the heavy traffic on the main road and the snow piling up in winter, but we manage to keep things moving. Our team is mostly local folks from the surrounding villages who know the roads and the best places to get supplies when the weather turns bad. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with manuals and strict uniforms. We just focus on keeping the rooms clean and making sure people have what they need when they stay with us. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the staff knows what’s going on for the day. It’s a regular job for us, really.
