Pema Hospitality Llp

We are based over at Larisa Resort in VPO Haripur, which is part of the Manali and Kullu area. Pema Hospitality Llp has been around for a while now, working in this part of the valley. It’s a nice spot because you get to see the river and the hills every single day. The work isn't always easy, as hospitality means you have to be ready for anything at any hour. We have a lot of local people working with us, and we just try to keep things running smoothly. The address in Haripur is quiet compared to the center of Manali. We spend our mornings checking the rooms and the kitchen. There is always something that needs fixing or a guest who needs help with their bags. We don't have a big corporate manual that we follow. We just use our common sense and try to be helpful. The Kullu district is a great place to be, even when the traffic gets bad in the summer. We’ve seen many tourists come and go over the years. Some of them come back every season, which is nice. We just stick to our routine and make sure the place stays in good shape. It’s a practical way to live and work, and we are glad to be doing it here in Himachal. The mountains are a tough place to work but we enjoy the views.
