Manali Resorts

Our business, Manali Resorts, is located at P.O Box -63 in Manali. Working up here in the mountains is a lot different than working in a big city. We don't have a fancy street address with a building number. Everything here is based on local landmarks and the post box number we have been using forever. We have been running this place for a long time. It is a family business and we do most of the chores ourselves. We don't have a huge staff of people in uniforms. Usually, you will find one of us out in the garden or fixing something in one of the rooms when things break. The buildings are made of wood and stone, and they need a lot of looking after because of the cold weather. In the winter, we spend a lot of time just clearing snow and making sure the pipes don't freeze up. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or a vision statement. We just want people to have a place to sleep and a warm meal. The furniture is all made by local craftsmen and it has been here for years. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. People just find us through word of mouth or by asking around town. It is a quiet life and we like it that way. We just keep things running one day at a time without much fuss. The mountains stay the same while we keep working.
