We are located in the Sipcot Phase 2 area of Krishnagiri District. Our address is No: 31B, and we’re right near the Gabriel plant, which is a big landmark around here. Being in an industrial estate like Sipcot means there is a lot of heavy traffic and a lot of heat. The sun really beats down on this part of the country, so we try to keep the fans going as much as we can inside the factory. It’s a large space, mostly open with different sections for various stages of our process. We’ve been here for several years now, and the routine hasn't changed much. People come in, sign the register, and get to their stations. It’s a lot of manual coordination and making sure the supply chain doesn't get stuck. We deal with a lot of logistics because of where we are situated. The district is known for its industrial growth, and you can feel that energy every day with the sheer number of people working in the nearby units. We don’t go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just focus on the output and making sure the shifts run smoothly. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the common area, talking about family or local news. It’s a straightforward environment where the goal is just to finish the day’s production and prepare for the next morning.
