Our place is out in Sipcot Phase II, right along the Krishnagiri Main Road. We actually have two units, 13 A and 14, which means we spend a lot of our day walking across the yard between them. It is a big industrial area and it can get quite hot during the summer months. The main road is always busy with big lorries going toward the border. We do manufacturing here, so there is usually some kind of humming noise from the machines in the background. It is not the quietest place to work, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office area is just a small section partitioned off from the main floor. It has a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really do anything fancy here. We just make sure the production stays on schedule. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the traffic on the highway, and that throws off our whole afternoon. We have a small shed where the workers sit for lunch. It is a very practical setup. We don't have any decorative plants or nice paintings on the walls. It is just a factory where people come to work and then go home. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most people in the industrial park know us by sight.
