Our workshop is out in the Sidco Industrial Estate, specifically in Phase 5 at E2. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of other businesses working nearby. We have a fair amount of space here, but it fills up fast with equipment and materials. Most of our morning is spent getting the machines warmed up and looking over the schedule for the day. It’s not a quiet place to sit and think, but it’s where we get things built. We have a small area where we keep our files and take our tea breaks, though it’s usually covered in a bit of dust. The lights inside are those long fluorescent tubes that hum a little bit. We don't really do much in the way of decoration; we just have what we need to get the job done. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm to how we handle things. It can be tiring, and some days the heat in the warehouse is a bit much, but we just keep pushing through. We’re not a big corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. We’re just a bunch of people working in the industrial estate, trying to make sure every order that leaves Belsan Multitek Pvt. Ltd. is handled properly before it goes on the truck.
