Mitagro Exports Private Ltd

We are located at A2 in the Sidco Industrial Estate, specifically working out of the Plant & Tissue Culture Division. Mitagro Exports Private Ltd has been based here for a while, right in the middle of all the other industrial sheds and warehouses. It’s a busy area where you always hear the sound of trucks and machinery in the distance. Our part of the building is dedicated to the plant side of things, so it’s a bit different from a standard office. We have areas set up for the tissue culture work which requires a lot of attention and steady hands. It’s not a place where you’ll see people wearing suits. We mostly wear practical clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty if needed. The lab space is kept as clean as we can manage, even though the rest of the estate can be quite dusty. We spend our hours checking on the growth and making sure everything is labels correctly. Sometimes a batch doesn't go as planned and we have to start over, which is frustrating but just part of the job. The break room has a small fridge that hums too loud and a table where we eat our lunch while talking about anything but work. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We just focus on the plants and getting the orders ready for whoever needs them next. It’s a quiet kind of busy.
