Lees Farms

Our place is at E-11/2 in the Gaythri Complex, which is inside the Sidco Industrial Estate on Bypass Road. Even though the name is Lees Farms, this isn't where we grow anything. This is our main office and distribution point. It’s a practical space in a busy industrial area. There are always trucks and vans coming and going outside. The building itself is pretty plain, just like the others in the estate. Inside, we have some storage racks and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. It’s not a fancy office with carpets or anything. We have some basic chairs and a lot of clipboards hanging on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory. Being right by the Bypass Road is helpful for moving goods, but the noise can be quite something during the day. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be moved or a call needs to be answered, whoever is free just does it. We’ve been at Sidco for a good while and we know the other business owners around here. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We just focus on getting our products where they need to go. We don't have any big marketing plans. We just work hard and keep things moving as best as we can every day.
