It is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is nice for a change compared to the busier parts of the town. We have a small office here that we use for all our technovation projects. It is not a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just a few rooms filled with computers and various bits of hardware we are working on. We started this place because we wanted to do things our own way. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. Some days we are coding, and other days we are just cleaning up the office or fixing the printer. Hosur is a good place for us because it isn't as hectic as Bangalore or Chennai. We like the local atmosphere here. We don't have any marketing people telling us what to say. We just tell people what we do and let the work speak for itself. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes to keep everything running smoothly, but we enjoy the challenge. We usually have lunch together and just talk about whatever is going on in our lives. It is a very grounded and practical way to run a small business in the Krishnagiri district, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
