Taste Park

Taste Park is our little spot on Thalassery Road. If you know the area, you’ve probably passed by us more than once. We’ve been set up here on the main road for a good while now. It gets pretty busy with all the traffic coming through, but we like the energy of the place. We mostly spend our time behind the counter or back in the kitchen area. It’s not a very large space, but it works for what we need to do. We serve local people and travelers who are just passing through Thalassery Road. The staff here is just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don’t really go in for any of that corporate stuff you see in the city. We just make the food, serve it, and keep the place as tidy as we can. Some mornings start very early before the sun is even up properly. We have to get everything ready for the day's rush. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it by now. You might see us taking a break outside when things quiet down in the afternoon. Thalassery Road is always moving, so there is always someone coming in. We don't have any big goals other than just keeping the doors open and the food coming out hot. It’s just a simple business on a busy street.
