We are located over at P.P 12/162/A in Valakandi. It’s right near the Kaipur P.O in Kondotty. Most days here start pretty early before the sun gets too hot. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done for what we do with food products. Inside, it's mostly people busy with packing and sorting. We don't have a lot of big fancy offices or anything like that. Just a work floor and some storage space. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit muddy when the rain comes down heavy, which makes loading the vehicles a bit of a pain. A few of the guys have been with us since we first set up here. We know the neighbors and they know us. You can usually hear the sound of the machines running if you walk by. It’s a quiet enough area otherwise. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is in its right place before it goes out. There isn't a lot of downtime during the day. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down for a bit in the afternoon. It's a simple way of working. No one here wears a suit. We just wear what’s comfortable for the manual work. That’s pretty much how it goes for us every day in Kondotty.
