St.George Cement Products Private Limited is our family-run type of business located in Pandikadavu. We have our facility right there near the post office. We make various items out of cement, things like blocks or pipes that people need for building. It’s a hands-on process. We spend a lot of time mixing and molding. It’s hard work and your hands get rough, but it’s what we do. Pandikadavu is a good place for a business like ours. We know most of the people around here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Our main focus is just on the production side and making sure the items come out right. We aren't trying to be some giant industry leader. We just want to provide the items to the people in our area. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it, which isn't fun, but it's part of the job. Most of our orders come from local builders who just drop by the shop to see what we have in stock. We like the direct way of doing business. No fancy websites or complicated systems. Just come by, tell us what you need, and we’ll see if we have it ready. It’s been our way of life for quite some time now at this location. We hope to stay here for many more years, making things that help people build their homes.
