Cement India

Cement India is located along Veyopre Road in Thamarassery. It’s a well-known road in this part of town. We have a warehouse and a small office where we manage everything. The business is mostly about moving bags of cement. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading the vehicles that come through. The road outside can get quite busy with buses and cars. We’ve been here for several years now. Thamarassery is a good place to be based because of the connections. Our building isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional space for storing stock. The dust is a constant thing when you work with cement, so we just sweep up every evening. We don't have a big staff. It's just a few of us making sure the orders are correct and the customers get what they need. We don't use fancy talk or complicated brochures. People know what we do. We open the shutters early in the morning and work through until the sun goes down. Sometimes it rains hard here, and we have to make sure everything stays dry under the roof. We just focus on the daily tasks and keep things moving. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We are part of the local landscape on Veyopre Road now. Most people find us without much trouble. We don't need much more than our workspace and the daily work to keep us going through the months.
