You can find Smika Trends Llp at the Madhav Building, which is number 5/1820 on the Ambalapadi-Cherukulam Road. We are situated in Eranhikkal, which is part of the Quilandy area in Kozhikode. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We work with different types of trends and styles, mostly keeping an eye on what people are wearing these days. The office isn't very large but it serves our purpose well enough. Working in Kerala means dealing with the rain quite a bit, so we spend a lot of time making sure the stock stays dry in the building. We are just local people trying to run a small business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, it's just us handling everything from start to finish. Some days are slow and others we are running around trying to catch up with orders. We know the roads around here well and the people who live nearby often drop in for a chat. It’s nice being part of the Eranhikkal community. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just pick out items we think look good and try to sell them at a fair price. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy and we like the independence of running our own place. We are just doing our thing every day to keep things moving.
