You can find us at No: 102 in Manaery, which is over in the Malappuram district. We are right near the Masjid in Pullur. It’s a quiet enough area, except when the school nearby lets out. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we store our stock and handle the daily business. We’ve been here for a while, and everyone in the neighborhood knows who we are. The sound of the prayer from the mosque is a regular part of our day. We spend a lot of time counting items and packing things into bags. It’s physical work and your back starts to ache after a few hours. We don't have a big staff, just a few local people who have been with us for years. We usually have our tea breaks outside on the small porch. The weather here can get quite humid, so we keep the fans running at full speed. Sometimes the deliveries get delayed because of the rain, but we try to manage as best we can. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some basic records. It’s an honest way to make a living. We know our customers well, and they know where to find us when they need something. We just keep things moving at a steady pace and don't worry too much about the rest of the world.
