Rani Food Products

Our small unit is out in Chorode, which is part of the Kozhikode district. We have been working here for quite some time now, focusing on various food items that people use in their kitchens every day. Calicut is known for its food culture, and being in a place like Taluk Kozhikode means we are surrounded by people who really care about what they eat. The shop is simple and we don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We spend most of our day sorting through ingredients and making sure everything is packed up right. It gets quite humid here during the monsoon, which makes the work a bit slower, but we manage to keep things moving. We are located near the post office, so it is easy for people to find us if they are passing through the village. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. Most of what we do comes from word of mouth among the locals who live around Chorode. We take our work seriously but we are just regular people trying to make a living. You won't find any shiny brochures here, just bags of food products and some old furniture. It's a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside, but we like the energy of the neighborhood and the people who stop by for a chat every afternoon while we work.
