Our place is located at 6/56/A over on Mukkam Road. If you know where the 220KV substation is in Kunnamangalam, then you know exactly where to find us. It’s a pretty prominent landmark in the area, so we usually just tell people to look for the big station and then they see us. MIRACLE HOTEL AND RESORT PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call the business, but to us, it’s just our daily job. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The road can get a little dusty during the dry season, but that’s just life in this part of Kerala. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in the world. We just want to make sure the building is clean and that things work like they are supposed to. A few of us handle everything from the front desk to fixing the plumbing when it acts up. It gets busy on the weekends when people are traveling through Kunnamangalam. We see a lot of different faces coming and going. Living and working near the substation means we never really lose track of where we are. It’s a loud, living part of the town. We don’t use those big fancy ads or anything. Most people just hear about us from someone else or see the building while they’re driving towards Mukkam. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business here every day without making too much of a fuss.
