We are Milano Clothing Llp, and you can find us right across from the Cheenadath Masjid in Pavangad. Our specific spot is 39/1267 D, Baithul Kasm, in the Puthusseri Parambu area of Kozhikode. The 673021 area is where we do all our work. It’s a busy neighborhood and being near the masjid means there’s always people around. We aren't some big high-end fashion house; we just make clothes that people need. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess with threads and scraps on the floor, but that's just because we are actually working. We have a few good tailors who have been with us for a while. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like we're from some big city. We're from Kozhikode and we're proud of it. The rain can be a bit of a problem for deliveries sometimes, especially during the monsoon, but we do our best. We spend a lot of time just looking at samples and deciding which fabrics are worth buying. It’s a practical business. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to be finished by Friday. We keep it simple and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s just us, making clothes in Pavangad. Every day brings a new challenge with the sizing or the thread count, but we handle it.
