The company Lakkidi Village Luxury Resort Llp is based out of V K C House in the West Hill area of Kozhikode. Even though the resort itself is elsewhere, our main office is right here near the West Hill post office. It’s a decent area of the city, not too far from the coast, so we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We spend most of our time here handling the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of coordinating with the staff at the resort and making sure the supplies are being delivered on time. We aren't a huge team of executives. We are just local people who know how to run a hospitality business. The office is usually full of papers and the sound of people talking on their phones. We don't have a polished corporate image, and we don't try to sound like one. We just do the daily work of managing a resort, which is often just about solving small problems before they become big ones. Whether it's a booking mistake or a maintenance issue, we just deal with it. We’ve been in West Hill for a while now and most people in the building know us. It’s a simple life of working through the week and making sure the guests at the resort are taken care of. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it's necessary for what we do.
