Kvn Hotels And Resorts Private Limited is our name, and we operate out of the KVN Arcade in Meenchanda. If you know the area in Calicut, you probably know we are right near the Arts and Science College P.O. It is a pretty busy part of Kozhikode, and there is always something going on outside our doors. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for folks to get to. The building, KVN Arcade, has been our home for a while now. We are not a giant chain or anything like that. We are just a local team trying to provide a decent place for people to stay when they are visiting this part of Kerala. Our address is 23/536 J, which is a bit specific, but it helps the postman find us. Dealing with hotels means we see all sorts of people coming through Calicut. Some are here for school business, and others are just passing through. We like the energy of being near the college. It keeps things interesting. Most of the time, you will find us behind the desk or checking on the rooms. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors every morning and try to make sure things are clean and ready for whoever shows up. It is a lot of work, but we are used to the pace of Meenchanda by now. We are just glad to be part of the local scene.
