KOLAMALA RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been working out of the Eravuchira House in Marikunnu Post for a while now. It's a quiet spot, and most of us grew up around here, so starting Kolamala Resorts Private Limited felt like a natural step. Honestly, it's a lot of work keeping things organized. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us figuring out the next steps for the property. We aren't a big chain or anything fancy. It is just a group of us trying to make something work in this part of town. The house itself has been in the family, and we decided to use it as our base because it makes sense for us. Marikunnu is a good place to be, even if the traffic gets a bit much sometimes in the afternoons when everyone is heading home. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and planning out how the resort side of things will actually look once everything is fully settled. It's not always easy, and we've had our share of setbacks with paperwork and all that, but we keep at it. We just wanted a place where people can come and stay without it being too complicated or feeling like a big corporate hotel. We try to keep things simple here. There’s always someone around at the house if a question comes up. It's just a regular business run by regular people who like this area.
