Kaad Luxury Resorts LLP is based at 33/527 K1 in the Manalody Building. We are located in Kinasery, which falls under the Mankavu P.O. area. We used the word luxury in the name because we wanted to have nicer rooms and better facilities than a standard lodge. Even though it is an LLP, it is mostly just us running the day-to-day things. Mankavu is a part of the city that still feels like a neighborhood. The Manalody Building is where we have our main office and operations. We focus on keeping the place clean and making sure everything works like it should. In this part of Kerala, people appreciate a bit of extra comfort, especially when it is hot outside. We spend our time managing the staff and looking after the property at Kinasery. It is not a massive corporate operation. We just like to do things right. The building is easy to find if you are in the Mankavu area. We don't spend much on big ads or anything; we just rely on people seeing the sign and coming in. Being in Kinasery means we are close enough to everything but still have our own space. We have been working out of this building for a while now. It is just a straightforward business where we try to provide a good place for people to stay while they are in town.
