Erp Export

We work out of 315/90 on 1st Cross Street in Thillaipuram. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is good for us. We do exporting, so a lot of our time is spent with tape and cardboard boxes. We have to make sure everything is packed tight so nothing breaks on the long trip. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting crates and moving them to the front for the pick-up. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the routines by heart now. The office is just a simple room with a couple of chairs and a computer that’s a bit slow. We don't really care about having the newest things. We just want to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the paperwork for the customs can be a real headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big shiny building. We just want to do our job and keep the business going. On some days, we finish early and just sit around talking. Other days, we are working late into the night to meet a deadline. It’s a bit unpredictable, but it keeps life interesting. We’ve been in Thillaipuram for a while and we like the neighborhood. It feels like home to us.
