You can find TALENT PRAVASI CONSTRUCTIONS over at Pazhayachira, right near the Kottamury junction in Changanassery. We call ourselves Talent Pravasi because a lot of our work involves people who might be living abroad but want things built back home. But we do local projects too. It’s a mix of construction and other small enterprises. The junction is always noisy with traffic but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office is a simple setup. We spend most of our hours figuring out logistics and making sure the workers at the sites have what they need. Changanassery is a good place to be based. We’ve had our share of ups and downs with projects, mostly because of how prices for things like steel and cement keep changing every week. It makes the job interesting, I guess. We don't have a polished corporate vibe here. It’s more about sitting down and talking through what needs to be done. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs a wall built or a whole house planned, we look at the numbers and see how to make it happen. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living and get the building work right. We don’t go for anything too flashy. It’s just about being there at the site and making sure the work moves along through the season. It's a job that keeps us busy for sure.
