STONEKING BUILD SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Stoneking Build Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is a small operation run out of the Thannikal Building in Thellakom. That’s over in Ettumanoor, with the pincode 686630. Since it’s an OPC, it’s mostly one person calling the shots with a few helpers here and there. We focus on build solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help people get their houses or small buildings finished. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need. Most of the real work happens out at the sites around Kottayam and Ettumanoor. It’s a lot of coordinating with different workers and making sure the materials arrive when they should. Sometimes things get delayed, and that’s just part of the business. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If there’s a problem with the foundation or the walls, we just deal with it. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes working through the weekends to get a job done. We are just a local business trying to do right by the people who hire us. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just us. Being in this part of Kerala means we have to be ready for the monsoon seasons, which always complicates construction work. We just keep going and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in the door looking for help with a project. It's a lot of work but it's what we know.
