SanFerrero Premium Living LLP

We are over at Purayidathil House in the Mundakapadam Housing Complex. It’s located in Athirampuzha, which is a nice part of Kottayam. SanFerrero Premium Living LLP is basically just a few of us working on housing and living spaces. We aren't in a big skyscraper. It’s more of a home-office type of setup at 11 229. We like it because it feels like the kind of places we work on. Kottayam is where we grew up, so we know the land and the weather patterns here. The office gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but it's okay. We keep our samples and blueprints on the big table in the middle. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to suppliers and checking on how things are going at the different sites. We don't use much fancy language when we talk to people. We just say it like it is. If a project is delayed because of the monsoon, we tell people that. Being in Athirampuzha means we are close to the local community. We see our neighbors every day. It’s a simple way to live and work. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We focus on making sure the houses we deal with are solid. That’s our daily routine here in Kerala. It’s a bit messy with all the paper but we know where everything is.
