Palai Builders Private Limited

Our place is Palai Builders Private Limited and we have been operating near the Maharani Theatre in Pala for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at 12/612 in the Joseph Arcade. It is a busy part of the Kottayam district and there is always something going on outside. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a simple room where we keep our site plans and deal with all the paperwork that comes with building things. Most of the day, we are either on the phone with suppliers or checking on how the cement and bricks are holding up at different sites. Pala is a small town, so we know most of our neighbors and the people we work with. It rains quite a lot here, which usually makes the construction work a bit difficult and messy, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big team of sales people or any shiny marketing stuff. It is just us here in the arcade, trying to stay busy and making sure the local projects don't stall. People often drop by just to ask about prices or to see if we have time for a new project. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. It’s hard work, mostly standing out in the sun or dealing with dusty ledgers, but that is just how this business goes. We stay focused on the tasks we have right in front of us.
