We are a bunch of local guys who decided to get into the building trade together. We chose the name because of the area we are in. It’s a beautiful part of Kottayam, and we like working here. Our office at Aikkarakunnel is where we do all our planning. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. We mostly just talk to people at the local market or at church. Word gets around when you do a decent job. We handle small houses and some land development work. It’s not always easy, especially when the costs of cement and steel keep jumping around. We have to spend a lot of time checking on things. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day at a site in Pravithanam. We come home tired, but it's good work. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build good homes for people in our community. We know most of the families around Bharananganam anyway. Our paperwork might be a bit messy sometimes, but the buildings are solid. We take pride in just being a local Kottayam business that people can trust. It is enough for us to see things grow.
