Kynady Builders Private Limited

Kynady Builders Private Limited is based out of the Kainady House, specifically 6A, in the Kadamanchira area of Trikodithanam. This is near Changanachery in Kottayam. We have been in this house for a long time now. It has more of a family-run feel than a big company. We handle building projects around the Kottayam district. Most of the people who work here are from around Trikodithanam or nearby. We know the local soil and how the weather affects construction in this part of Kerala. We do not have a big office with air conditioning and fancy lights. It is just a practical space in the house where we keep our tools and our books. We spend our days visiting sites and making sure the workers have what they need to get the job done. It is a lot of physical work and a lot of talking to people. We don't go around using big, fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and other structures. Sometimes things go wrong, like the heavy rain stopping work for a week, but we just pick up where we left off. We are a small team and we trust each other to do our parts. Being in Changanachery means we are part of a tight-knit community. We have built a reputation over the years just by being there and doing the work as promised. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know best. We just keep at it, one brick at a time.
