It is not a very big operation, just a few of us who know a thing or two about pools. The office is simple and functional. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their backyard setups or fixing issues with filters and pumps. Kottayam can get quite warm, so we stay busy during those months. We don't have any flashy marketing videos or a big sales team. Usually, people find us because they heard about us from a neighbor or saw our sign in Thellakom. We have a few desks and a lot of technical manuals lying around. It is the kind of place where you can walk in and just talk to the person in charge without going through five different secretaries. We like keeping it that way because it is easier for everyone. Some days we are out on sites most of the time, so the office stays quiet. Other days, we are all here trying to catch up on the books.
