Hilton Industries

Hilton Industries is located in Ward No 3, specifically in Building Number 221 over in Kollad. Being in the Kottayam district means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is a nice change from the big cities. The address can be a bit confusing for some delivery drivers, but we are right near the Kollad P.O. We started this place because there was a need for industrial work in this part of town. It’s not a huge factory, but we have enough equipment to keep the team busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes the power goes out during the monsoon season, and we just have to sit and wait it out with some tea. The floor is concrete and a bit stained from years of work, but it shows we’ve been active. We have a few guys from the local village who have been with us since the beginning. They know the machines better than anyone else. Our office is just a small partitioned area in the corner where we keep the ledgers and the telephone. It gets a bit humid here, so we keep the fans running all day long. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Kottayam usually does the trick for us. People know where the building is, so they just drop by when they have a project in mind. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit everyone involved.
