Beeta Rubbers

Out here in Vazhoor P.O., things move at a bit of a different pace. Beeta Rubbers is just part of the landscape now. We’ve been set up here for quite some time, dealing with rubber products in a way that makes sense for the local area. It isn't a high-tech operation with robots everywhere. It’s mostly just people who know the material and know how to work it. You won't find us writing long reports or having meetings that go on for hours. We’d rather be out in the workshop seeing how things are going. The air here is a bit fresher than the city, but the work is still hard. We get our hands dirty every day. People around here know where to find us if they need something specific. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. If you have a question, you just ask. We try to keep our overhead low and our focus on the actual items we’re making. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky, especially during the rains, but we keep the gates open. It’s a small operation, really. We know everyone’s name and we treat people like neighbors because, well, they are. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a bunch of us doing what we know how to do best. It works for us and it seems to work for the people we help.
