Hi-Win Projects and Infrastructure Private Limited is located at Caritas Junction in Kottayam. We have our office in the Excaliber Tower, which is building number 12/314K. It’s right on the MC Road, so it’s a pretty busy spot with a lot of traffic passing by all day. Being in Thellakom puts us in a good position to reach different parts of the district. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with heavy machinery. Our office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just a workspace where we coordinate with our teams. Thellakom is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. We aren't a giant firm with thousands of employees. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the construction world. The humidity in Kottayam can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon, but the work doesn't stop. We usually have people coming in and out of the tower throughout the day, whether it's suppliers or workers. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. We don't go for anything flashy, just solid work that people can rely on when they look at the finished project. We've been here for a while and plan to stay as the town grows. It keeps us busy and pays the bills.
