Greenoak Associates Llp

Greenoak Associates Llp is what we call ourselves. We operate out of Mulekarote House in Njeezhoor P.O. It is a quiet place to work, which we like. We are a small group of associates. We handle various tasks related to land and building. It is not a very complicated setup we have here. We mostly just focus on the projects in the surrounding area of Njeezhoor. If you live around here, you might have seen us out and about looking at plots or talking to laborers. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular house where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the day's tasks. Sometimes we sit on the porch and talk about how to get a job finished faster. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala. We just want to do our work and go home. People know us by name around here, which is nice. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor tells them to come talk to us at Mulekarote House. We do our best to stay on top of things, but sometimes stuff happens that we didn't expect. That’s just life in construction and development. We take things as they come. It's a steady life for us in this part of the country. We are glad to be working in our own neighborhood.
