We’re over on the first floor of the Kallarackal Building, also known as the Bessleham Building No.2/309A. It’s a local spot where we handle both the outside building work and the inside interior stuff. It’s a bit of a mix, really. One day we’re looking at concrete and bricks, and the next we’re worrying about where a cupboard should go or what kind of wood to use for a shelf. The office is usually full of samples—scraps of tile, wood pieces, and paint swatches that have been sitting there for months. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work best. We don't have a big corporate setup. We just talk to people, figure out what they need for their house, and then try to get it done without too many delays. We know that building a home is a big deal for folks, so we try to be practical about it. There’s always some noise from the street downstairs, but we don't mind. We’ve been around this area for a while and we know most of the suppliers nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a decent job so that when we walk down the street, we don't have to look away from anyone we've worked for. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will, even when the schedule gets a bit busy.
