Bee See Constructions and Real Estate India Private Limited is our company. We are based in the Thayyil Building, which is building number 10/144 in Teekoy P.O., Kottayam. Our pin code is 686580. We do a mix of construction and real estate work here in Kerala. It keeps us on our toes because one day we are talking to someone about selling a plot of land and the next day we are checking on a foundation being poured. Teekoy is a nice place, and being in the Thayyil Building has been good for us. We are just a local crew. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. Most of us have been around buildings and land for a long time. We know how things work in this part of Kottayam. Sometimes the real estate market is slow, and other times we have more work than we can handle. We just try to keep a steady pace. Our office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It’s got a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps on the walls. We find that we spend more time out in the field than sitting in those chairs anyway. We aren't about flashy slogans.
