Avadhar Builders And Developers Private Limited is based out of Aykkarakuzhiyil in Athirampuzha. We’ve been part of the Kottayam community for some time now. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we manage our building projects. Most of our days are spent out on sites or dealing with suppliers across Kerala. Working in construction means dealing with a lot of moving parts, and we do our best to keep it all organized from our home base here. Kottayam is a good place to work, even if the rains sometimes slow us down a bit. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We build things and develop land. That’s pretty much the long and short of it. The team here knows the local area inside and out. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like seeing a project go from just an idea to something solid you can actually walk through. We handle everything from the initial planning stages to the final touches on a site. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but that’s expected in this line of work.
