Wasi Mobile Point

Wasi Mobile Point is tucked away in the Nayapura Tailor Market Ki Gali. It is a small shop in a narrow lane, but we stay pretty busy throughout the day. People mostly come to us for mobile recharges, or to buy a new cover for their phone when the old one gets too dirty. We also do some minor repairs and sell used handsets when we have them in stock. The shop is quite tiny, so if three or four people come in at once, it feels very full inside. We have cables and earphones hanging from the walls and the ceiling just to save some space. It is not the most modern-looking place, but we have the tools we need to fix a broken charging port or a cracked screen for our customers. Working in the tailor market area means there is always a lot of activity and noise nearby. We do not have a big marketing budget or any fancy ads. Most of our customers are just people walking through the gali who see our sign and remember they need something for their phone. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is a waste of money to try and repair. It is a lot of sitting behind the counter, fiddling with tiny screws and talking to people about their phone problems.
