Tata Indicom Exclusive Store

Our Tata Indicom Exclusive Store is located in Keshavpura, at the 0 mark. It’s a small, straightforward shop where we handle anything to do with mobile connections and services. Most days, the shop is a mix of people coming in to pay their bills, buy a new SIM card, or ask why their internet isn't working as fast as it should. It’s not a big glamorous showroom. We have a couple of counters and some chairs for customers to wait on while we process their requests. The walls are mostly covered with posters and charts about different talk-time plans and data packages. Keshavpura is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of regulars who live just a few streets away. They stop by on their way home from work or while they're out getting groceries. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and filling out forms. It can get a bit frustrating when the system is slow, and we have to ask people to wait, but that’s just part of the job.
