Vikas Wsp Ltd.

Vikas Wsp Ltd. is located over at B-86/87 in Udyog Vihar, within the Riico Industrial Area. It is a big space, but we use every bit of it for our operations. We spend our days managing the production and making sure everything is moving along the line correctly. The industrial area is pretty spread out, so it is a bit of a drive to get here, but it is a good place for a business like ours. We have a lot of equipment to look after. It is not the kind of place where you would see people in ties. We are usually in boots and work clothes. The work is steady and repetitive, but we find a rhythm in it. We have a team that has been around for a long time, so everyone knows exactly what to do when they walk in at eight in the morning. We do not have any flashy slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just have a production schedule that we try our best to stick to. Sometimes things break down or materials show up late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is a practical way of living for us. We focus on the quality of what is coming off the line rather than how our office looks. It is a bit messy with paperwork and spare parts sometimes, but that is just how we work. We are just a bunch of people trying to do a job.
