Eatos

Eatos is located at 12-C in the Talwandi area of Kota. We are tucked away in the Nursery Scheme part of the neighborhood. If you live in Kota, you know Talwandi is a place where a lot of students live while they are studying for their big exams. We see them all the time. They are usually tired and just want something to eat that tastes like home. We are not a big fancy restaurant. It is more like a local spot where you can just be yourself. We have been at this address for a bit, and we know most of the neighbors now. The building is simple and we try to keep things organized. The kitchen is small but we manage to get everything done. Rajasthan can get really hot in the summer, so we try to keep the place cool for whoever drops by. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us working the shifts. It is a lot of work keeping a small business going, but we like the routine of it. We get our supplies from the local markets and just cook what we know. It is a quiet street mostly, except when the coaching classes let out. Then it gets a bit lively for an hour or two. That is just how life is here. We do not have much to say about ourselves other than we are here working.
