We have been operating out of F-270 in the I.P.I.A. Phase-Ii area for quite a while now. It is a busy industrial spot, and honestly, the noise of the machinery is just something we have gotten used to over the years. We handle food processing here, which means there is always a lot of movement. Trucks come in early with raw materials and leave late with finished items. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. Our team is mostly folks from the surrounding neighborhoods who show up, do their shift, and go home. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks you see in the city center. It’s just a practical workspace where we focus on getting the work done right. Sometimes the power goes out or the logistics get messy, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. The office side of things is pretty small because most of the action happens on the floor. If you ever find yourself in Phase-Ii, you will see it is just a bunch of people working hard. We’ve been here long enough that we know the tea stall guy and the other business owners on the block. It’s a community of sorts, even if it’s just industrial. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just processing food and trying to stay busy.
