Vaibhav Maurya Mobile Shop

Vaibhav Maurya Mobile Shop is right here in the Kaithun area of Kota. It is just a small place filled with phone boxes and some glass counters. Most days it stays quite busy with people coming in because their screens broke or they need a new recharge done. We spend a lot of time sitting behind the counter watching the traffic go by outside. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons so the fan is always running at full speed. There are some old stools for people to sit on while they wait for their phones to get fixed. We have all kinds of chargers hanging on the walls and some covers that have started to get a bit dusty. It is not a fancy place but it does the job. Usually, the neighbor from the tea stall comes over twice a day. We talk about the weather or how the road is being dug up again. Sometimes someone comes in asking for a model we don't have and we just tell them to check back next week. The floor gets swept every morning but by noon there is dirt again from the street. It is just how it is. People from around the neighborhood know us by name now. We just keep things moving, fixing what we can and selling what people need for their mobiles. It’s a simple life here in this part of Kota. We aren't doing anything big, just keeping the shop open for whoever needs us.
