You can find our office over in Gumanpura. It’s a place where we handle a lot of the technical side of phone services and connections. Most of our day involves dealing with paperwork, helping people get their new SIM cards activated, or explaining how the different data plans work. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary because everyone needs to stay connected these days. The office gets quite busy during the middle of the day with people coming in from the Gumanpura market area. We have some desks and computers, and there is usually a bit of a line when things get hectic. We aren't trying to be anything more than a helpful spot for tele services. We spend time on the phone ourselves, talking to the main office or trying to solve a connection issue for a customer. Sometimes the systems are slow, which can be frustrating for everyone, but we just try to get through it as best as we can. It’s a lot of sitting and typing and talking to people from all walks of life. We’ve been in Gumanpura for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but the work stays mostly the same. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and start helping whoever walks in next. It's a steady job and it keeps us involved with everything going on around here in the neighborhood.
