Shri Kisan Kesari Senior Secondary School

Shri Kisan Kesari Senior Secondary School is located in Jatt Colony, right in the Shastri Nagar area. We sit along National Highway 15, so we are very easy to find if you are driving through. The Sadar Police Station is right nearby, which is a useful landmark for people visiting us for the first time. Being near the highway means there is a constant hum of vehicles, but inside the school walls, we try to keep a calm atmosphere. The building is quite large since we handle senior secondary students, but it still feels like a local school. We have a team that looks after the grounds and keeps the classrooms in order. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, just a reliable one. Our hallways are filled with the usual school stuff—notice boards with old papers and wooden benches that have seen better days. We put a lot of effort into the daily upkeep because the dusty wind from the highway can be a challenge. You’ll usually find someone sweeping the front porch or tidying up the office area. It’s a workplace where we all know our roles. Parents come by frequently to talk about their kids' progress, and we sit down with them in the office over a cup of tea. It is a very down-to-earth operation. We just want to make sure the school is a decent place for the kids to spend their day.
