Shree Name Telecom

Shree Name Telecom is located at the DCM Main Chouraha along Chhawani Road. This is one of the busiest spots in the area because the Chouraha is where several main roads meet. There is always a lot of noise from the buses and the people waiting at the intersection. Our shop is quite small, but we make the most of the space we have. We spend our days helping people with their mobile phones, whether they need a new SIM card, a quick recharge, or a small repair like a cracked screen. The counter is usually a bit cluttered with tools and chargers and pieces of paper. Because we are right at the DCM Main Chouraha, we see a huge variety of people every day. Some are just passing through and need a quick fix, while others are regulars from the Chhawani Road neighborhood. We don't have a fancy waiting area or any air conditioning. It’s just a simple room with some stools and a lot of phone parts. The work is steady and keeps us busy from the moment we open the shutters. We don't use any complicated language or sales tactics. If we can fix a phone, we say so, and if we can't, we tell them that too. It’s a honest way to work in a very hectic part of the city. We stay until late in the evening when the traffic finally starts to thin out and the street lights come on.
